I can’t say for sure, but these sneakers just didn’t feel authentic to me. I kept noticing little things that didn’t quite line up, like the overall feel, finish, and a few details that seemed different from what I’d expect. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but once I spotted the pattern, it was hard to ignore.

I had to wait days just to get a reply from support, and even then they didn’t really help with my order. It made me feel like once they had my money, helping me wasn’t much of a priority

I ordered a hoodie from highsnobiety.com and it showed up quickly, which was nice, and the design looks really good in person, but once I tried it on I kind of felt like the fabric was thinner than I was expecting for the price, and while the stitching was mostly okay there were a couple loose threads here and there, so overall I don’t hate it and I’ll definitely wear it, but I was hoping it would feel a little more premium and I’d probably only grab another one if it was on sale

I know it’s supposed to be fashion and all, but come on now, the prices are kind of ridiculous for basic stuff. The quality didn’t feel like it matched what I paid, and once shipping and fees were added, it felt even worse. it seemed like I was paying more for the name than the actual item. I don’t think I’ll be buying again.

The order was packed really well, so credit where it’s due. The box wasn’t damaged at all and everything inside was neat and in place, which was nice. I took off one star because the delivery was a bit slower than expected, but apparently arriving on time is more of a bonus these days.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this website last week. They were on a good discount, but there was absolutely no mention that the item might be damaged, defective, or have any flaws.

When the shoes arrived, I was very disappointed: the glue job was messy, with adhesive spilling out around the edges. On one shoe, the paint on the toe cap was poorly and unevenly applied, with visible streaks. On top of that, the mesh material on the toe of the same shoe had a yellow stain — clearly noticeable against the otherwise pure white sneaker.

At first, I planned to return them. However, I hadn’t checked beforehand that both shipping and returns are not free. When I read their return policy and realized I’d have to pay for the return myself, I decided not to go through with it. Shipping plus return would’ve cost me around €15 — which, for €90 sneakers, didn’t seem worth it.

I then tried every possible product and method to remove the stain — with no success. So in the end, I basically paid €100 to play laundry service at home and feel like a dry cleaner. Now I’ll be walking around in defective Salomons with a yellow stain on the toe.

If you’re looking for some excitement in your life, enjoy DIY stain removal projects, and want to feel like you’re working in a cleaning lab, by all means — order from this shop. Maybe you’ll get lucky too. I didn’t ask for this experience, and I certainly didn’t enjoy it.

What’s even more puzzling is that this website sells clothing from major luxury brands, with individual pieces priced at €3,000–4,000. But if they ship a €100 item in this condition, I can’t imagine how they handle expensive ones. Chances are, you’ll receive something faulty as well — and at best, you’ll get your money back, but lose your time, nerves, and still pay for shipping both ways.

Case closed — I absolutely cannot recommend this shop.
